When a potential visitor visits Niagara-USA.com, they can pre-purchase lodging, attraction tickets, tours and food vouchers in either a package form or from an a la carte format. All reservations are done in real time, so a customer will see the charge immediately and the property will receive the reservation immediately.
NTCC provides free training and ongoing customer service support. We charge no upfront costs only a nominal commission on sales to make it affordable for all to participate. The commission is 50% less than what the national travel website charge for participation.. This commission helps offset some of the cost that NTCC has contracted for the software.
